LiftSmart Material Lift Drawing

1. Sponsor: The LiftSmart Material Lift Drawing is sponsored by LiftSmart LLC, 1370 Decision Street, Suite A, Vista, CA 92081 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: The LiftSmart Material Lift Drawing (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada, and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only persons/firms in the following categories are eligible to participate or win the Prize offered in the Drawing: (a) Voting general members (rental companies) of the American Rental Association (“ARA”); or (b) rental companies who are not Voting general members of the ARA.

Persons/firms in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win the Prize offered in the Drawing: (a) persons/firms who are service agencies, suppliers, vendors, and/or independent contractors to the rental industry, including associate and student members of the ARA; (b) persons/firms who are service agencies, suppliers, vendors, and/or independent contractors of Sponsor, its parent(s), affiliates, and subsidiaries; (c) persons who are employees or agents of Sponsor, its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or their service agencies, suppliers, and independent contractors; (d) persons who are or were engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, prizes or drawing of winners for the Drawing; or (e) persons who are owners of Sponsor and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. Contest Period: The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 2, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. EST on March 3, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). 

4. Qualifying Entry Forms: During the Contest Period, entrants must complete and submit to Sponsor valid entry forms fully completed with all information and fields as required by Sponsor. No other form of entry will be accepted. All entry forms shall only be submitted to Sponsor during the opening hours of the The ARA Show 2026 held at the Orange County Convention Center at Sponsor’s authorized booth #865. All completed entry forms that are submitted to, and accepted by, Sponsor during the Contest Period are eligible (the “Approved Entry Forms”). Incomplete, inaccurate, or unacceptable entry forms, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, will not be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person, and
maximum of twelve (12) entries per company. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple entry forms under multiple identities, or uses any method, device, or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding entry limitation will be disqualified.

5. Prize & Odds: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about March 4, 2026 at approximately 10:30 am EST at Sponsor’s authorized booth #865 at The ARA Show 2026. The winner does not need to be present to win. The winner will receive one (1) LiftSmart MLI-15 Industrial Pro Series material lift equipped with standard base, standard forks, rear transport wheel option, and fork extensions. (the “Prize”). No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, including availability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize shall be awarded to corporate/business entities only, NOT to individual entrants. By entering the Drawing, you acknowledge and agree that you have the proper authority to bind your employer, company or the entity named on your entry form to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, awarding of the Prize to said employer, company or entity named on your entry form. All federal, state and local taxes, applicable fees, shipping, tariffs, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may elect to pick up the Prize at the end of The ARA Show 2026 on Wednesday, March 4, no later than 4:00 pm from the Orange County Convention Center, subject to providing the necessary contact details on the entry form. If the Prize is not picked up from The ARA Show, the Prize will ship directly to the Winner from the Sponsor’s business premises in Vista, California, 92081. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of entry forms received and accepted. Winners will be notified by email or telephone. If the Prize is unclaimed within fourteen (14) days of notification, it may not be awarded, and an alternate winner may be chosen. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above are solely the winner’s responsibility.

 6. Privacy: All submitted entries are the sole property of Sponsor, its parent(s), affiliates, and/or subsidiaries, and will not be returned. The information collected from entrants will not be sold or shared, and will be kept for Sponsor and its affiliate or subsidiary companies to provide all entrants with offers, advertisements and promotions in future via mail, email, telephone, cell phone, SMS or any other method of delivery deemed appropriate by Sponsor or its parent(s), affiliates or subsidiaries, unless an entrant opts out.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Drawing constitutes the winner’s consent (without renumeration) to Sponsor, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, for use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Terms: All federal, state and local laws apply. The return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable or failure to return any documents in a timely manner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its present and former directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives and the respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize received in this Contest. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Contest. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor, the Contest Parties, and/or their agencies to use winner’s names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Contest.

Sponsor and/or Contest Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for printing, distribution or production errors or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Contest. If, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entry forms and/ or modify and/or terminate the Contest and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entry forms received and approved. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Contest or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any submitted entry form that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion, infringes upon any third party right, violates any law or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY FORGE ANY INFORMATION, SUBMIT FALSE INFORMATION, DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR AND/OR THE CONTEST PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Waiver: By participating in this Contest, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages incurred to participate. 

10. No Warranty: The Prize is awarded “as is” and neither Sponsor, nor its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, and their service agencies and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall be responsible or liable for any warranty, quality or mechanical condition of the Prize. Sponsor, its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, and their service agencies and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the promotion or any use or operation of the Prize. Any depictions of Prize are for illustrative purposes only.

11. Assumption of Risk: By accepting the Prize, the winner hereby assumes any and all risks arising out of or in any way related to the winner’s use, possession, operation of, and responsibility for the Prize, including without limitation, losses, damages, injuries, or death.

12. Severability: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law/Jury Waiver: This Contest is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California located in the county of San Diego for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Contest and to a waiver of a jury.

14. Drawing Results & Official Rules: To receive the name of the winner (available 30 days after the end of the Drawing Period), or a copy of the Official Rules, send your request with a clear return email address to: LiftSmart, Attn: Marketing Department, 1370 Decision Street, Suite A, Vista, CA 92081. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Drawing, the availability of the Prize, or an entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
