LiftSmart began with a simple idea: the material lift category needed serious innovation.

Competing products were built on decades old designs. Rental companies were asking for better and stronger lifts with more modern features, and responsive support. 

We built our very first unit, the MLC-18, in a garage for The ARA Show in 2011 and then sold 60 units from a 10′ x 10′ booth. From humble beginnings to serving rental companies across multiple continents, LiftSmart has always been powered by family and focused on customers.

Today, multiple members of the Citron family and their extended team work side-by-side in the business, covering operations, customer service, logistics, technical support, multimedia, and HR.
